Check in starts at 3 pm. The reception desk is open around the clock and our team is at your disposal, ready to assist you and answer your questions.
Upon your arrival you will receive an all-inclusive wristband and a key card to your room.
2.Check out
On the day of departure, you may use the room until 11 am. If you wish to use your room after 11 am., please contact the reception a day in advance. You will be informed whether this is possible for an extra fee. For your convenience the hotel has a special room, where you can store your luggage after 11 am.

*For the periods 04.05.-26.05.2024incl. & 15.09.-27.09.2024incl. the limited number of slides and attractions will be operational in the aquapark in a rotation principle (some of the attractions will work in the morning, but some of them in the afternoon)

Prices and Payment
If you choose advance payment, half of the amount for the reservation is paid through the digital post terminal on the site, and the other half can be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days before arrival or at the reception during check-in in cash or by card.
When choosing an advance payment by bank transfer, the bank transfer of half of the reservation sum must be paid within 48 hours of the reservation being made in order for it to be confirmed. The other half can be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days before arrival or at the reception upon check-in in cash or by card.
When choosing payment in full, the full amount for the reservation and stay is paid immediately through the digital post terminal.

Terms and Conditions for booking with payment through the online post terminal:
- Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.
- Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard
- Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure, security programs.
- For maximum security, the maximum amount for card payment is BGN 25,000.
- We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.
- If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made later than the periods given below, penalty applies as it follows:
(season А) 25.04 to 24.05 : in case of cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, 1 night surcharge applies
(season B) 25.05 to 08.06 : in case of cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, 2 nights surcharge applies
(season C) 09.06 to 18.06 : in case of cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, 2 nights surcharge applies
(season D+E) 19.06 to 06.09 : in case of cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival, 3 nights surcharge applies
(season C) 07.09 to 14.09 : in case of cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, 2 nights surcharge applies
(season B) 15.09 to 24.09 : in case of cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, 2 nights surcharge applies
(season A) 25.09 to 01.10 : in case of cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, 1 night surcharge applies
In case of no-show in the periods A+B+C : 50% surcharge applies from total price of your reservation ; for period D+E : 100% surcharge applies from total price of your reservation.

Children Policy
When making a reservation it is important to know that a child is considered between the age of 2 and 11.99 upon arrival. Please consider these terms otherwise charges will be applied.

The hotel does not allow any pets on the premises of the resort.
